Shipping methods

Product deliveries are made in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece through any courier company we deem appropriate within 2-5 business days with the corresponding money burden for purchases below € 70 and free of charge for purchases over € 70. The cost of shipping is as follows:

  • 2.90 € for shipments within Attica (including 24%VAT)
  • 4.00 € for shipments to the rest of Greece (including 24%VAT)
  • Free for delivery upon request from our store Karagiorgi Servias 4, Stoa Kalliga, Syntagma 10562 Athens

Deliveries

In order to complete your order, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information (name, address, telephone, e mail) to complete the delivery.

Deliveries are made on business days and hours from 09:00 to 17:00.

In case of incorrect entry of your information in the form the company is not responsible for non -delivery.

Payment methods

Payment of your order price takes place:

  • Cash on delivery when you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged with a charge of 2.60 euros (including 24%VAT)
  • Through credit or debit cards. Acceptable cards are Mastercard, Maestro and Visa. Starting the payment process, the customer automatically moves to the Piraeus Paycenter Payment Page. There he is informed of the amount for payment and enters his card details. Payment is fully secured by ePos Paycenter. Upon completion of the transaction, the customer returns to the aento.gr website. Our business does not hold any element of the card used during payment.
  • By bank deposit to our National Bank of Greece Account

We note that if the bank deposit is selected as a payment method, then the products of your order will be sent after confirmation of the credit of the corresponding price to our account.
In addition, we emphasize that the orders submitted in a payment method the bank deposit will commit the respective products for three business days. If the deposit is not made within the above period, then the order will be automatically canceled and the products will be released.

Stock

Our store always keeps the stock updated. However, we would like to inform you that there is a possibility that a product may be sold out from the physical store and until the warehouse is updated (a maximum of 60 minutes), the product may still appear available in the eshop. In addition, we point out that adding a product to the cart does not automatically result in its reservation from stock. The latter takes place during the completion of the order.

Return policy

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. Your return will only be made when the following are true:

  • The purchase of the product has only been made by our online store (electronically or by phone).
  • You are obliged to send the product to the proper condition in which you received it without having to violate its packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product (tabs, labels, etc.) have not been removed, you must include the receipt of retail sale as well as The return form, which you will find HERE.
  • For hygiene reasons, the company does not accept refunds in swimsuits, bodysuits and jewelry.

In this case you are charged the shipping cost as well as the cost of returning the products. If the reason for your return is about a company’s mistake we are committed to handling the total shipping cost of the product.

In the event of the return of the products and depending on the way you have chosen to pay your order and how to refund, your refund will be completed within 20 business days of the date we receive the products. Only the purchase amount is credited to your account, not shipping or cash on delivery costs. If the reason for the return is concerned with the company’s mistake, we are committed to re -sending to the address you have set for us to receive the order at our own expense. After receiving the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about how to handle it.

Replacements

If you want to change the product, you have to return it to the company and make a new order. If the reason for the return concerns the company’s mistake, the shipping costs are charged on the latter.
